Muslims today talk and act as if they know they are going in to Jannah, while the people before us who promised Jannah worked as if they were promised Jahannam.

رَّبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِى نُفُوسِكُمْ ۚ إِن تَكُونُوا۟ صَـٰلِحِينَ فَإِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِلْأَوَّٰبِينَ غَفُورًا
Your Lord is most knowing of what is within yourselves. If you should be righteous [in intention] - then indeed He is ever, to the often returning [to Him], Forgiving. (Quran 17:25)

My family came to visit me today. The entire day, from the very first second they saw me, they have been ridiculing my beard and insulting me, forcing me to shave it.
Please make dua for Allah to give them guidance, because this whole situation is getting out of hand for no reason whatsoever.
Nay! You prefer the life of this world, While the hereafter is better and more lasting. Quran [87:16-17]
